In 2006, Raymond Gadd formed The Gadd Group which marked the beginning of his journey with Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company®. Nine years later in 2015, the leadership team of The Gadd Group made the decision to change the name of the group to Vision To Legacy Group which defines what we stand for as an agency.

"After spending almost 12 years in the cemetery and funeral business, and three years as an insurance broker, I found the final expense business. I contracted with Lincoln Heritage in April 2006 and spent nearly six years with the largest Lincoln agency at the time. My income went into six figures in the first full year and continued to get better as I learned the business. In January of 2010, the agency changed their focus to a different company and offered me a higher commission contract to write for that company instead of Lincoln Heritage. After 18 months, my income had dropped about 40% on a higher contract. I re-contracted with Lincoln in September of 2011 and haven't looked back. In 2018 our agency wrote over $4.5 million in production and we are continuing to develop a leadership team to get that job done!
